A 6 bedroom luxurious duplex house in 420 Sq. Yards Plot
The Architectural House Designers team of Houzone.com went to work and presented to the client the first draft. The client wanted to make few changes, and after accommodating those changes for free, we gave the final design to the client.
The Ground Floor Portion of the House has the main gate on the South Side and car parking for two cars. Sufficient setback is provided for the garden, and access to the house is given from the side entry of North East.
The main entrance to the house has a foyer dividing the space into two areas of a formal living on the right and a dining and family space on the left of the entry. Access to the first floor is provided through a staircase from the family area.
The kitchen and utility spaces are connected to the dining area and in the South East as per Vastu and a storage area as requested by the client.
Two bedrooms, one in the south-west and another in the north-west, are provided. In addition, a powder room near the staircase is given for guests’ convenience and washing hands at the dining time.
The First floor of the house has four bedrooms, each with its walk-in wardrobe and attached bathrooms; a small family area is also provided, along with a nook for a study or computer table. The rest of the area is double-height and easily monitors ground floor activity from the first floor. Balconies in each bedroom are also provided.
Proper ventilation and a simple structure make this design easy and economical to build. Since the house plan follows Vastu, we are pretty sure that the house owners will lead a happy and prosperous life in this beautiful six-bedroom duplex house.
